One Voucher Per Client and New Clients Only. 

Redemption Code is required to book service, if left out will results in not getting approved for appointment. Voucher Facials must be booked online by client. Booking site does not charge your card, policies apply. Vouchers redeemable Monday-Thursday.

No refunds for deposits on services, no refunds on completed services.

Products can be exchanged if damaged or caused skin irritation after 1 week from purchased date. 

Clients are able to communicate with me via text or email for any concerns. 

Select the service and located at the bottom of appointment dates is a waitlist to be added to. Hera Botanical Esthetics  will not be able to notify when appointments become available. The system will send messages in the event of openings for appointments. Do not stop notifications. 

 No Call No Shows will be responsible for 75% of the service amount. Services must be held with either a debit/credit card. No show clients will not be allowed to prebook appointments, unless service deposit is paid in full via invoice. 

10 mins late for an appointment you will have to reschedule and may be charged addition fee. 

By Reading this you understand that Hera Botanical Esthetics has permission to charge your card in the event of cancellation or no showing.

Your appointment is very important to Hera Botanical Esthetics, it is reserved specially for you. We respectfully ask for a 48 hour notice. Strictly enforced and that we require a call or email notification so we can rebook this appointment spot. Failure to provide that information will be a cancellation fee. Less than 48 hour notice will be a 50% fee of the service amount.
