At Hera Botanical Esthetics, we believe that beauty starts from within. That's why we offer an approach to beauty and wellness, using natural and organic products that nourish your body and soul.

Cancellation

Your appointment is very important to Hera Botanical Esthetics, it is reserved specially for you. We respectfully ask for a 48 hour notice. Strictly enforced and that we require a call or email notification so we can rebook this appointment spot. Failure to provide that information will be a cancellation fee. Less than 48 hour notice will be a 50% fee of the service amount.

Late Policy

10 mins late for an appointment you will have to reschedule and may be charged addition fee.

By Reading this you understand that Hera Botanical Esthetics has permission to charge your card in the event of cancellation or no showing.

No Show

No Call No Shows will be responsible for 100% of the service amount. Services must be held with either a debit/credit card. No show clients will not be allowed to prebook appointments, unless service deposit is paid in full via invoice.

Groupon

Hera Botanical Esthetics only allow one Groupon Voucher per client, when booking appointments please put the 8 digits code in comment section to be approved for appointment and any other information for the service. Policy do apply to all clients and voucher will be redeemed in the event of late or cancellation/ no show violation.

Waitlist

Select the service and located at the bottom of appointment dates is a waitlist to be added to. Hera Botanical Esthetics will not be able to notify when appointments become available. The system will send messages in the event of openings for appointments. Do not stop notifications.
